Mimi's tea is the best tea I've ever tasted! The ingredients are so creative and ingenious, you can taste the artistry in each sip! I can't even drink tea from tea bags anymore because it's so dull in comparison.

There are so many teas on the market, so when I discovered Mimi's Natural teas I felt compelled to write and spread the word. Trust me; thes are not your average tea. First of all, I am a total chai freak; and this by far is the best chai i've ever had and here's why, this tea taste amazing but more importantly there is something else going on here. I feellike I am ingesting light. I am not sure what Mimi is doing but these teas must be infused with incredible energy. I just tried the Minty Chocolate and it is like Heaven on earth.This is my new go to gift for all my tea loving friends.

I recently met Mimi for the first time at a health fair in Tarrytown , and listened to her share  her truth and wisdom about tea and herbs. I purchased her delicious chai tea, along with some delicious sesame sprinkles and some ginger infused honey.

That evening after enjoying the delicious tea, it was time to make supper. The tealeaves and buds looked so pretty, I could not stand to see them go to waste, so the next thing I knew, I poured them over my chicken, which I had just sprinkled w/ the sesame to bake in the oven. What a treat! My chicken produced lovely gravy that was flavored by the tea and herbs. I then took the gravy and poured it over my quinoa! What a great meal- recycled tea and all :) 

Yesterday was my birthday, I had been feeling ill and blue :(    . I started my day off w/ some of Mimi's tea and I poured in some of the infused honey. I sipped quietly and began my meditation.  I began my 55th year w/ Mimi's tea. I felt conscious and cared for.  I decided it was time to let go of my coffee habit, there is something so beautiful and pure about a morning tea ritual. Thank you, Mimi!

Mimi's Natural Organic Sesame Sprinles is what I call the next generation of Gomasio... it is beyond delcious, totally addictive (only in a good way of course!) and I put it on everything, salads, steamed and saute veggies, brown rice, quinoa, soups, fish , even yummy on a sweet potao! I cannot tell alie, sometimes I just sprinkle it into my hand, it is good and full of wonderful herbs and spices.

I had a taste for something sweet after a late lunch and was about to reach for a packet of Swiss Miss that friend gave to me, when I remembered Mimi's Minty Chocolate Tea, which I had yet to sample. I am a chocolate-lover and this tea did not disappoint! I steeped for about five minutes before taking my first sip and left the filled tea ball in the cup until the last drop. Mimi suggests adding a splash of cream, but I drank it "plain"; no cream, no sugar. YUMMY!

Just a note about Mimi's Dreamy Time Herbal Tea Blend...

Recently, I was introduced to this fresh batch of herbs; I decided to have an unveiling just before I was ready to sleep. Well, I can tell you that I not only slept soundly, but the calming effects from this blend is a sure tonic for deep slumber.

Mimi  came to my life by a chance meeting, always wanting a sister... I got one...her knowledge of natural healing and holistic healthy living has change my life. When I am not feeling well...I go to Mimi...When I am blue...I go to Mimi...when you are in her company you will know what I mean...her energy is amazing. We have gone on many adventures together...When I decided to become a Reverend after being a wedding planner for 22 years...her support and encouragement helped me tremendously...she is not only a friend, she is my guide. Her expertise and natural ability to heal is amazing. When I have the blues, I search out Mimi and I am lucky I live only three blocks away. She is one smart fortune cookie. Sometimes I feel like she has magical powers... whether it is her teas, her advice or the love she has for everything she touches. She is not just a friend, she is a sister. I am thankful we met. If you are in her company, you will understand what I am talking about. I guess it is a gift you are born with. The teas not only soothe your mind but they soothe your soul.
